Installation

  1. Pull out the magazine and check the chamber of the firearm

  2. From the bottom of the magazine, push on the locking plate through the hole in the base pad and pull the factory base pad halfway off

  3. Press the visible part of the locking plate with your thumb to prevent the spring from shooting out.

  4. Pull the factory base pad off and fit the new base pad onto the magazine body.

  5. Push the locking plate under the new base pad and pull the new one onto the magazine so the locking plate locks into the hole in the new base pad.

  6. Check the creation - the base pad cannot be easily unlocked when pushed, so it should sit snugly.

  7. Point the weapon into a safe area and check the operation of the firearm
